I know, because I have experienced the aftershocks and the devastation of a pile-up, not just once, but THREE times. Yes, three times.  Aren't I lucky?!?

When it happened to me in my 20's it took me years to recover.
And when it happened again in my 30's, I stayed stuck in the pain for several years and didn't even realize it. 

I was in my mid 20's. My career was booming, and I was dealing with the breakup with my long time girlfriend because of infidelity and the death of my Father from an Commercial Airplane crash within just a few short months. I found myself in a total fog, barely getting by day after day, and I didn't have a name for what I was going through. I was just putting one foot in front of the other to get through another sunrise to sunset. I was still productive from other peoples standards, and did a great job of hiding my pain from everyone else. On the outside... no one would have really noticed.  But I knew what I was feeling on the inside... I was totally hooked into my story and in pain from the two huge losses I had just experienced. Days were sliding by...

"UNTIL I woke up one day and said... Enough!!"

I just couldn't keep up the facade any longer. I finally stopped and looked deeply at my inner world and made the choice to do the necessary inner-work on my past to forgive myself and others from the bottom of my heart. Only then could I completely and utterly surrender to my pain, and totally let go of my any and all of my expectations.  And things changed. I found that as I used my resilience tools, and started a regular meditation practice, the more my healing accelerated.

Now that I am aware that I am STUCK in the middle of a Life-Quake - what happens if I don't buy the session package AFTER our FREE CALL together?
Remember those TV commercials, where that one guy decides NOT to go with the good option and his life spins out of control even MORE? Well, that's NOT going to happen to you if you don't decide to do the sessions. Now, what might happen is that ONE YEAR from today... you'll most likely be in the same spot you are right now if you do nothing. And I ALWAYS tell people to trust your gut instincts. If it doesn't feel right or you don't have the budget, then feel free to pass. No hard feelings. I wish you only the best of luck. You will eventually get through it on your own. How much time will sessions take?
The Discovery and Design session is around an hour to 1.5. And honestly, the 3 sessions are incredibly comprehensive and deep. They usually last around 3 hours (or some times longer). You can take all the time you need to work through each session. I don't put a time limit on the sessions.  We go until there is completion with each session. As each session finishes, it will be clear to both of us that you are done for the day and have resolution on what you were working on. 

I recommend a session a week. Pick a day and immerse yourself in your own healing. I tell clients not to make any plans if possible for the rest of that day. I actually do the same and try to only do one session a day to be able to fully focus on your session when possible.

Over the next month we will be working closely together and it will be close to 11 or 12 hours of work spread out over the next 4 or 5 weeks.  When you look at the cost of the sessions on a per hour basis... my sessions are an incredible deal.  Working with a therapist for a year, which MIGHT possibly get you similar results would probably cost you over $8,000!
Do you have a Guarantee?
Yes. After our short Introduction Call -- You can choose to sign up for private Session work with me... After we do the extended Discovery and Design call -- If you decide for any reason that this is not for you after we have that first call, I will refund you immediately. I do ask you do the first Discovery session so that you and I can connect to make sure we are a good fit for the depth of our work. Why and How can I be so sure that I can help you? What if I need more sessions and support after my 3 sessions are finished?
The 3-session package will take you a LONG way, and is usually enough deep work to get you back up and on your feet again. If you choose to do more work together, you can also arrange to have additional one-on-one Coaching Sessions with me after our sessions are done for an additional fee if you want to. People love the work and have other issues that they would like to clear after they clear their current life-quake. Again, that is up to you. I am committed to your success and consider it an honor to work with people committed enough to do this type of work together.
